I gained my Nutritional Therapy degree from the University of Westminster and continue to develop my knowledge through the attendance of nutrition and health related seminars, as well as through my own reading and research.
I believe diet to be the foundation for health. However, I am also strong believer in the mind-body connection; not only how the mind affects the body but also how the body affects the mind. It is for this reason that I am also a dedicated yoga practitioner.
I believe in working with you to design a nutritional therapy programme that is realistic, achievable and sustainable, as well as enjoyable. My aim is to aid you in making changes at a pace that suits you and in a way that can be integrated into your daily life.
